Latino Book Review invites submissions for its 2026 print edition, to be released in the summer of 2026. We welcome original work from Latinx writers and artists across the globe. Submissions are now open!

Fiction (Around 2000 words)
Nonfiction (Around 2000 words)
Visual arts (6 piece portfolio)
Essays (Related to culture, history, literature, or arts | Around 2000 words)
Research (Related to culture, history, literature, or arts | 2000-3000 words) MLA Format

Directions: Submit to [email protected] with (1) the email subject line “Submission.” (2) Written pieces must be attached as a Word document, along with a brief bio of no more than 100 words. (3) A separate file containing a high-resolution author/artist photograph (JPEG, PNG, or PDF) is required. (4) Visual artwork should be submitted in high-resolution JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. Work composed in Spanish must include an English translation.
The submission deadline is March 29, 2026. There is no fee to submit, and publication does not include monetary compensation. We do not consider work that is simultaneously submitted elsewhere. Participants will be notified in June 2026.
