We are proud to announce the call for submissions for the Latino Book Review 2023 print magazine. This issue will be published in the summer of 2023 and will include works by Latino/a/x writers and artists worldwide.
We are currently seeking to publish original works by authors and artists in the following areas:
Poetry (3 poems per submission)
Fiction (Around 2000 words)
Nonfiction (Around 2000 words)
Visual arts (6 piece portfolio)
Essays (Related to culture, literature or arts | Around 2000 words)
Research (Related to culture, literature or arts | 2000-3000 words)

Works are to be submitted to [email protected] with an email titled "magazine submission." Written works should be attached in a Word document along with a 100-word bio, and a separate file with a high-resolution profile picture of the author or visual artist ( JPEG, PNG or PDF). Visual works of art should be attached in a high-resolution JPEG, PNG or PDF format. Works originally written in Spanish must be submitted with an English translation.
The submission deadline is March 18th, 2023. There are no submission fees or monetary compensation for publications. Please do not submit a work if it is being submitted elsewhere simultaneously.
